Includes:

• One bedroom and common areas (such as living room, kitchen, dining room.)
• The entire home must be treated. After the first one, each extra bedroom is charged an additional cost.
• Through inspection to locate bed bugs throughout the home.
• We will kill and vacuum any live bed bugs that are found during inspection.
• Last we will treat home with Aprehend®. We will apply this product to areas of your home where bed bugs are likely to walk. Once bed bugs come in contact with the product, it will kill them within four to ten days.
• 90-Day Warranty: After 21 days, if you are still seeing bed bugs, we will inspect and treat problem areas at no extra cost.
• Treatment requires Humans / Animals to be out of the home for two hours after treatment time.

Includes:

• Baiting for mice/rats inside, outside, and under the home.
• We use a combination of bait, snap traps, and sticky traps.
• Does not include exclusion, but an inspection will be performed to locate entry points and quote given.
• 30-day warranty: after 14 days, if you are still seeing rodents, we will come out and treat the problem area one time at no extra cost.

• Two In2Care pods will be placed around your home.
• Additional pods available with additional charge.
• Each pod covers approximately 2000 square feet.
• Once a month, we will replace the mosquito bait in the in2care pods to ensure effective mosquito control.
• Spraying shrubbery around the perimeter of home to instantly knock down mosquito population

Includes:

• Treating inside of the entire home for fleas.
• The customer will need to leave the house for 2 hours at the time of treatment.
• 30-day warranty: after 14 days, if you are still seeing fleas, we will come out and treat the problem area at no extra cost.

Home Treatment:

• One single pest control service includes a comprehensive interior and exterior inspection and treatment.
• This includes treating a variety of pests both inside and around the outside perimeter of your home, such as roaches, ants, spiders, flies, earwigs, ladybugs, and wasps.
• Spiderwebs are removed from around the front and back doors.
• Wasp nests 5 inches and smaller are removed from the first floor.
• No warranty: There is no retreat warranty for one-time treatments. Often, with roaches, it takes more than one treatment to exterminate them completely. With one-time treatments, each time we come out, it costs $199.00.
